MC D's vs. SUBWAY

One does not need reasons to justify why the craze of fast food keeps growing among the youngsters. As compared to the earlier times, when one would go on the road and hunt for some grub to fill his stomach, now the road is filled up with food outlets of different kinds and types. However, along with this a person would also need to keep oneself mentally prepared to compromise on his nutritious and healthy diet.

Options have increased and so now everything depends on the choice of food you make. Two of the biggest competitors in this debate would be Mc Donald's and Subway, the world’s two biggest and popular food outlets for the people in America. However, time and again this debate continues as to which one would be a better option out of the two and time and again we are left with dubious answers. However a new trend of audience has come ahead to voice out calling Subway to be much healthier than others. Why and for what reason? Let’s analyses

1) Ingredients used
It would not be right to say that all the materials and ingredients used to make a sub is healthier and better but yes if compared to the earlier giant, it is definitely a better and a healthier option. With the amount of healthy bread (brown, soft and tender) which is easily digestible loaded with all the healthy vegetables, a sub of the day is all what you can ask for to make your day better.

2) Quality
Though Mc D's cannot be accused of using low quality material (it does attract a lot of crowd), it definitely does call for a lot of health problems. With the exaggerated amounts of bread, fried oil and sauces, a burger though tasty can never rank high in the parameters of quality. A sub on the other hand will fill you and satiate you in a healthier manner.

3) Options provided
Have you ever asked Mc D's for a healthier burger? Have you asked them ever for a choice of fewer fats? Even if you do nothing is going to come your way as MC Donald’s would definitely not be giving that of a kind. On the other hand it is possible to have a mix of fresh veggies mixed with steamed meat to make an ideal meal for yourself at the Subway. A coke if avoided can actually fill you much better in that way.

4) Cost
Yes Cost could be a factor which can give brownie points to Mc Donald’s and its burgers but does that define it all? If you are extremely hungry would you want to fill yourself with pack of unhealthy fried French fries? Would eating a burger prove any useful in making you feel good? For saving some amount of money would you want to compromise on your life?
As said before the choice is always ours. We are what we are because of our choices and a healthy person gets differentiated against a sloppy, loathsome body also because of his/her choice of the diet he/she consumes.
